We took the 000X1AE and reimagined it. The result is the 000-X2E. This Auditorium sized model has a spruce top and figured mahogany pattern high-pressure laminate (HPL) back and sides. New mother-of-pearl pattern inlay on the rosette and fingerboard lend a richness to the 000-X2E, making it as impressive to look at as it is to play. With a Performing Artist neck, fingerboard, and bridge of select hardwood, the sound transfer of this model has been greatly improved. It is equipped with Fishman® MX electronics and strung with Martin’s Authentic Acoustic Lifespan® 2.0 strings. With a new, soft gig bag featuring headstock, bridge, and endpin protectors, a durable water-repellent exterior, and foam padding, this model is ready to go anywhere.

The 0-X2E Cocobolo is a small body acoustic-electric featuring a hand-rubbed satin spruce top with an elegant abalone pattern rosette and eye-catching cocobolo pattern high-pressure laminate (HPL) back and sides for added durability and looks, without sacrificing that classic Martin tone. Playability enhancements include a thinner fingerboard with a gently beveled comfort edge and refined string spacing, and a modernized bridge contour for a smooth and comfortable playing experience. It also features a select hardwood neck, fingerboard, and bridge for improved sound and sustain, and Martin E-1 electronics with a built-in chromatic tuner and volume, tone, and phase controls. The 0-X2E Cocobolo provides clear, crisp trebles with delicate bass, unplugged or plugged in, letting you play how you want, wherever you want. All X Series models come with a softshell case.
